I tried to get an appointment with one of the attorneys here for my dads case. They told me Mark was available but refused to provide me a an hour he would call. They said to wait that he would call me when available. I continue to wait for the call. I asked again and they told me that there is no time they can give but he would call when available. TOTALLY unprofessional. They don’t seem to care. I get it, we are just a number but have some empathy for the people seeking help.
