He took our money and never did anything for our case! He was supposed to go to South Georgia twice and go to court. Never did! We can't get anyone to talk to us! To late now! $3500 for nothing!

Unprofessional and over-priced. Don’t expect to actually talk to a real lawyer. I contacted the Presley law firm seeking help with a very minor court filing related to an estate - I needed to file one form as I am out of state. It took three days for an initial call back, from a legal assistant. I sent documents and did not receive a response until I emailed to confirm, four days later. I was told the attorney was in a deposition and too busy. Two days later I asked again to speak with their lawyer after the legal assistant advised the price would be 4x the initial quote. Then the legal assistant wrote back and said “we are unable to assist you with this matter.” Because I wanted to speak with someone who has a law license?! Absolutely terrible and so unprofessional.

Everything in this review is acurate and can be proven using court audio transcripts. A scratch can be interpreted as a bite because of his evaluation! He didn't see my documents and evidences, he didn't watch the video provided by the police department... I had a printed email as one of the evidences and he didn't consider it because it wasn't signed... Well the actual email was on my phone and I told him but he didn't listen... l am sorry to say but I'm not happy at all with Mr. Presley!

I always take bad reviews on the internet with a grain of salt. I believe it is easy for people to throw down a bad review with little to no consequences and, sadly, we often forget to share the good stuff. Our experience with Buddy Pressley had already been favorable. He has helped and is helping to guide us through some difficult situations and he has done so with Grace, with humor and with what seems to be a genuine concern for us as people, not just a revenue source. His staff is kind and efficient. We feel that we are fortunate to have him on our team.

This law firm is terrible I put a 500 retainer up for them to write a letter to IRS a letter they did not write letter and charged me for a draft of the letter and phone calls to a cpa so they could justify to keep the retainer. Be careful who you hand money over to to do a job.
