I have selected Preston Estate Planning after evaluating several forms and having initial consultation meeting with three different forms as a part of my due diligence. I am glad that I choose them since they exceeded all my expectation. John Preston and his team are very nice, supportive, responsive and knowledgeable. Mr. Preston spend over two hours in my first free consultation meeting to explain everything about Estate planning. He explained different scenarios that might be possible with my situation and, pro and con of different approaches to address these scenarios in a very plain easy to understand language. He answered all my questions with a nice smile and constantly encouraging to ask more follow up questions. He proactively tried to figure out if I am missing anything. I was highly impressed. All of his team members have very pleasant personality. They answered all my questions and went to extra mileage to explain everything over the phone or in the e-mail. No question is of less important and minor for them. Its because of his team member, my family trust was set up seamlessly and I am extremely happy with the outcome. Because of the impressive way they handle the trust set up, I have utmost respect to Mr. Preston and his team.

It took a bit longer than I anticipated, but the final result was worth the wait. The documents prepared by Preston Estate Planning are comprehensive. Estate planning is a complex undertaking, but Preston provides organization along with the legal documents. All documents needed are put into a notebook by Preston, and each is clearly identified. The firm even provides a form for the client to identify the locations where important items are found in one's residence, a really great way of letting beneficiaries of the estate know where to look for things, and of making sure nothing is overlooked. I am impressed with the thoroughness of the Preston firm, from preparing a will and trust to making sure the trust is properly funded. There is a clear advantage to having documents prepared by a firm that specializes in estate planning, which Preston does.

Our previous estate attorney was retiring and we needed to find a new one. After looking at a few firms we settled on Preston Estate Planning. My favorite part about working with them is that they are incredibly thorough not only with setting up our family trust, but helping us to understand our options. It is really difficult to make these decisions, but having it all laid out so comprehensively is incredibly helpful. Setting up a trust is never fun or cheap. But, Preston Estate had a fair price and has had fantastic service the entire way. Couple those things with their vast knowledge of estate law and they are a great choice.

My family has the Life Plan as did my parents (Preston helped me close my parents estate after they passed) and my sister does as well. We work with John Preston Sr. When we had our consult call with him, I also had our financial rep. on the call. Mr. Preston clearly explained the process and answered all of our questions. Our rep. is in a different state and wanted information on how estate planning works in CA. Having attending many client estate planning calls, he glowingly endorsed our moving forward with Preston Estate Planning and the Life Plan. Having worked with this company when my mom passed in 2007, our original basic trust in 2009, closing out my parents estate and now setting up the Life Plan I would and have recommend Preston Estate Planning to family and friends. I know from experience Preston will assist our daughter with closing out our estate when that time comes.

It has been a privilege to work with John Preston Estate Planning. They created my parents trust in 1997, offered each of us siblings a free will, and have continued to represent our family after my Mother's passing. And when the time came it was easy to set up an additional trust for my brother. I highly recommend them for estate planning.
