A great environment to work. Clean, modern & spacious. The common area are kept cleaned through out the day. The staff are mindful of needs are available for help. I'm not a person who writes reviews often but I felt compelled to do so. Our company moved into the Primary co-working space at 26 Broadway and it has been an amazing space to work in. The tranquility, the friendly and professional staff plus the beautiful views of the Statue of Liberty from our office took the anxiety of working from an office during this trying time. They also offer many virtual wellness activities from yoga to pilates and meditation. It truly is a space that doesn't feel like you're just "at work".

Moving my company into Primary has been a terrific decision for my business, both financially and for our company culture. We found tremendous value in Primary's pricing, office and community space, furniture and easy to use IT platform. On day 1 we were able to get settled, comfortable and working within minutes. The staff is beyond kind and friendly and always there to lend support when needed. There is a sense of community and tranquility at Primary and I recommend any business (one person shop to larger operations) to come to Primary as their home away from home.
