communication is beyond abysmal. tried for over 4 months to get legal help from them. the first lady i talked to took my information.. then crickets. 2nd lady was nice.. but it was usually me doing the follow up. and every time i talked to her, I got a different answer of why they were so slow to respond. my accident was in the spring .already had surgery...what the heck is the point of suing now? I should have picked another firm.
I have dealt with a lot of lawyers and the majority of the attorneys have been super. My experience with this firm has truly been very high class and proficient in all matters from the moment we entered until we left their office. Not to mention they have a top notch investigator whom I still affectionately call Chief ????
Great communication with their clients. Anytime I had a question they were willing to answer. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond for you! I hope I never need an attorney again but if I do, I'm going right back to Prince, Glover & Hayes!
