I previously gave a negative review to Provident Law. To their credit, they contacted me to apologize for the customer service issue and explained that the assistant I had dealt with was no longer with the firm. They then went above and beyond to make everything right and help me with my issue. A company's principal rarely reaches out personally to hear from a client and do what's necessary to win back their loyalty, but that's what Provident Law did.
