Years back when I was still in college, I was highly recommended to hire prugh law and they handled two injury accident cases. I will say the first one I thought they did their best. After graduating and gaining more life experience and working with financial and litigation offices, I have learned that prugh decided to take the short route and settle out two of my cases. I would not recommend them for anything. I could have gained hundreds of thousands of dollars and instead settled for then less than 10k. If you had a great experience with them, that’s great but I did not.

This law firm is the absolute worse of them all. I had to continuously contact their office for updates. I never spoke to my actual case manager never sat down to discuss details of my case except for the first initial consultation. Tim Prugh is very rude and condescending. Was told by my doctors that his law firm was no longer representing me as legal counsel and never received a call from Tim to determine why. When I questioned why was I finding out from my doctor this information I was told by Tim that I was being aggressive and loud. Instead of an apology for unprofessional behavior and actions I was being blamed for my accident and not heard. I highly would not recommend this firm to no one. Utterly horrible!!!!!

You can always tell that you are in good hands when you meet the office staff and especially, Mr. Prugh's legal assistant/paralegal! We were truly made to feel like we were part of the family! Thanks for helping to take care of my immediate relatives.

I highly recommend Attorney Prugh. He is very professional and loves trials. It was wonderful to have my mother's case managed by him. We received a very good settlement. Also my friend was in a car accident and He did an amazing Job. Go to see him if you get involve in a Car accident.

Well I work here so naturally I'm going up talk the firm up! Lol But, all kidding aside, I can honestly say that if you've suffered injuries as a result of another person or facility's negligence, this is the BEST personal injury firm you can go to. The attorney I work for has over 40 years of actual trial experience and he is an absolute bulldog in the courtroom. Believe me... he will fight to the bitter end for you and you really aren't just another file in his file room. His staff is professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable.
