By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any law-firm. Katy Vidales is a bad representation to her Company and any Company that does business with them. My ongoing emails, calls and messages have been a complete waste of time. Katy went as far as to telling me she does not work for me and unprofessional to hang up on me. I have been in the service industry before and have never treated my customers unfairly and poor customer service quality. I have been raised and trained to help and guide a customer even when the customer is not right or is overwhelmed. To any HOA COMPANIES out there please do not do business with this Company. I am a current customer not as the Firm is starting below.

This firm is by far the worst I have dealt with my whole life. I understand their job is to collect debt on behalf of their client but they are very unprofessional, rude, uneducated and have a very low grade staff on hand. All previous reviews about them about not returning phone calls or giving balances are absolutely true just so that they can go ahead and add more of their randomn and illegal fees on top of whatever you owe their client. I have only personally dealt with their supervisor Katy Vidales and the account manager Margaret who are absolutely worthless, rude and illiterate people. They are very condescending and verbally abusive. When asked to explain about fees and charges, they always try to avoid it. I can go on and on about all the different encounters and problems I have had with these people but I am sure who ever has dealt with them already knows it all. The lawyers and owners need to seriously look into the staff they hire and should probably hire some well educated people with class. Their staff are absolutely trashy. If they hire better people with better Account management experience in dealing with clients and customers, may be they will have better chances of resolving debts for their clients sooner and more efficiently. I believe in karma and what these people are doing is going to catch-up with them one day!

As a COA president I am very pleased with the work done for us by Adrian Coronado and Elliott Cappuccio. An inexperienced board made mistakes. Reasonable, patient and extremely well prepared attorneys at Pullman, Cappuccio and Pullen guided us to a more than satisfactory solution.

Very unprofessional POA representatives. It has been over a week since asked for a balance on my property and they still cannot tell me the balance. How are we suppose to pay the balance if we are not told what we owe. Yet they keep on adding fees.

Company does not believe in returning phone calls in a professional manner. I have left voicemails for Jennifer and Joanna to return my call. But I have yet to hear anything back. I have only recieved a rude response via email from Ms. Vidales. It has been 3.5 business days since I have been trying to get my issue resolved.
