Hiring Don Quinn was the best thing I did. My wife was stuck in a trust with one of her siblings who was the trustee was not providing records. So more my wife inquired about the trust and bank records of how the money is being spent the more push back she received. We hired 2 other attorneys and no results and lots of money spent on attorney fees. Don was the least expensive of all the attorneys and he actually delivered with removing the sibling as the trustee and having a fair 3rd party oversee the trust. Last week, after my stepfather's passing, my family was in a scary downward spiral /tailspin. Without dragging anyone through the details, suffice it to say, I was near tears, and desperate to have some questions answered. I clicked on his website, and clicked on "Contact US", and just wrote a not so brief description of, what to us, was a crisis happening - to be honest, I didn't even expect a response, so imagine how relieved I was to receive an email response from Mr. Quinn - and within an hour of posting my message on his website's "Contact Us" box. He responded to my message, gave me the direct answers, which came as a HUGE relief to my family and me. After a bit of back and forth via emails, Mr. Quinn not only provided me the answers I was so panicked to find, but he educated me on a few facts, and suggested a path forward to resolve our circumstances, entirely. If Mr. Quinn is kind enough to reply to a frantic stranger (me), I can only imagine how amazing he is with his clients. Outside of his help regarding my stepfather's passing, I'll certainly be in touch with him again soon, since our discourse has illuminated some things, in general, that we we will want to address with Mr. Quinn as a family, in the upcoming months.
