R.C Shea & Associates is by far one of the top law Firms in the Ocean & Monmouth county! They are Very punctual with making sure things get done on time and hold others accountable when needed. Their knowledge and experience is like no other! I highly recommend them for all your counsellor needs! You will not be disappointed!

They just want your money for a consult, and then laugh you out of the office.. Will not answer questions up front about track record or even types of cases they have experience in. Complete rip off artists! Had I left with even a single piece of actionable advice I wouldn't be so pissed, but this guy is a total sheister, the kind that gives lawyers a bad name!

I cannot say enough good things about RC Shea! Not only did I get the results I deserved from my accident, I was blown away at the communication and professionalism the team delivered. I had Chris's direct cell and he always answered my phone calls and text messages. He went above and beyond when it came to my case. He was involved every step of the way and always called when he said he would, deposited documents when he said he would, and got me the results he promised me. Alongside Chris was another equally important person to my case, paralegal Melissa Pelago. I ended up dealing with her more due to the day to day nature of my case and recovery process I was going through. She not only communicated as well as Chris, she was instrumental in walking me through what I needed to do. Its one thing to have someone backing you in the court room itself, but there is so much more to it than that. And thats where Melissa shined. I absolutely would have been lost in paperwork and emails if not for her. She handled all communication with the insurance company, Dr's, and anything else that came up. With her help I was able to concentrate on my recovery as I was not bogged down with the stress of dealing with paperwork and appointments. My case took over 2 years start to finish and Melissa ABSOLUTELY made it an easy and stress free process. As I said, I cannot say enough good things about RC shea. There are many many law firms in the area but I would recommend only one... Rc Shea and Associates!!! These cases can take years to process and you want to make sure you get the best care and outcome possible, with no errors along the way. Thats what you get with RC shea. I would love to be able to give no stars.. The worst public defender ever. It is disgusting the way people are treated when they receive a FREE attorney , I have been lied to multiple times, case has been going on almost 2 years and should have been dismissed. Sadly he cannot do his job properly.
