R. Scott Pugh

Mr. Pugh prepares for meetings and explains the law in layman’s terms. I believe his interest is in helping you solve issues, if possible, because he doesn’t immediately suggest filing a suit! We had many HOA issues and strong conflicting personalities were involved; however, Mr. Pugh met with our board and patiently explained what we could/could not do, and as a result the board members were satisfied and are now working together.

Honest and straightforward. Took the time to listen to our issues and responded with specific examples and suggestions. Took the time to explain so that I, a non professional, could understand. I was very impressed.
