I needed help and Samuel was the right guy. He lead me in the right direction. He was able to calm my worries and advise me on ways to be more professional. All in all this guy is down to earth calm not aggressive. Most definitely does not treat you like he knows more he spoke to me on my level. From my point of view the right choice for anyone that cannot decide. Not to mention he is also highly educated in the medical field.

Sam Hall has been the best attorney that me and my daughter could ask for. He has went above and beyond and for that we are very grateful. Sam and his assistant Abby have a way of making you feel at ease even when you are going through a stressful situation.

I hired Mr Culbertson and I believe he meant me well at the beginning of my case. My case involved severe DV. I gave him medical records, pics/abuse, police reports & more. At one point Mr C could no longer look me in the eye. One meeting he informed me he was going to keep a close watch in my case but he was going to let another att assist him. Concerned I ask him if he was going to show Judge * my evidence. He said if I show Judge * this he will be furious. Being in my state of mind I thought he meant the judge would be mad at me. Fast forward-at the end I still had high hopes of walking in freedom from abuse. But, Mr C did not tell me a last minute motion had been filed against me. That goes against the TN Oath he took in order to help hurting people. The motion could hv been easily defended but he used that motion to throw my case in my abuser favor. He ignored the law of the land. He can win your case but he knows how to loose it if he decides to. I received pennies on the dollar on the money my abuser was trying to steal from me. My abuser is in monthly control of my livelihood. I still deal with great hardship daily. Ambushed by my own attorney.

I can't imagine how I would have made it through the last year and a half without the amazing help of Wayne Culbertson and Joseph McMurray. The divorce process was stressful, painful and very emotional. They were there to answer my questions and offer support any time I needed them. Calls were always returned promptly and meetings were scheduled to fit my personal needs. The staff was also incredibly supportive and helpful. I recommend this firm for any of your legal needs.
