This company lies, sends harassing letters, charges for services not rendered, mismanages funds and delay communication leaving clients minimal time to respond to their demands within their set time frame. In our situation they "adjusted" the fines which were inaccurate from the start and waived all funds after we submitted a rebuttal. They still charged attorney fees with no explanation/breakdown of hours billed, etc. even though they admitted their mistake by reversing all the fines. BEWARE!!! Oh, and one more thing...we sent them a certified letter with signature required and they actually signed MY name on the delivery receipt. Not sure what that was about...before you hire this group of clowns make sure you have a lawyer lined up to sue them for multiple issues.
