We hired Tony Hilliard to help us fix an issue with stock from a former employer. He took our retainer and did nothing about our problem. He strung us along, telling us he was waiting to hear back when he never communicated with them to begin with. I requested copies of all the letters he supposedly sent - no response from him. Terrible at returning phone calls and emails. I don't recommend hiring him.
