Always a pleasure dealing with Ramsey Law Office. Bill and his staff are absolutely amazing from friendliness to business and always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and taken care of. I have always been treated fairly and have had my matters dealt with promptly.

I had an offer drawn up here and Josee at reception was very good to deal with and responded quickly to email. Long story short we ran into a couple hurdles with the property and I was time sensitive. I had a difficult time getting response from lawyer as quick as I wanted and decided to go to another firm. I have given one star for the fact I complained about four errors on paperwork and lack of signature therefore I didn’t think it warranted $888 charge. There was no response other than my receipt for the final bill at $888. For such a nice group of lawyers it seemed very unprofessional.

I was amazed and so thankful for the compassion and professionalism after hitting road blocks over and over again after the death of close family members where a Van was all we had to help pay funeral expenses and a more local lawyer saying it would be over 2000 to do even talk to us. A phone call to Ramsay's office and speaking with Barb who was amazing explaining everything in detail what we needed at a cost we could afford. She was extremely professioal and compassionate about the entire situation. If you need a lawyer I wholeheartedly I suggest you call these wonderful people who resolved everything quickly allowing two children to grieve.

Bill was an excellent lawyer during a real estate transaction we made in the region. We had a negative experience with another local lawyer prior to hiring him unfortunately, but Bill was nothing but professional, prompt, and responsive to any questions we had. If you need a lawyer for your real estate needs, give him a call.

Absolutely horrible service, rude and opinionated. This male lawyer, whos name I don't know and don't want to know, yelled at me red-faced in front of his receptionist and another customer because he didn't like the content of a document that I wanted to notarize. The document was on a topic he doesn't know anything about, but supposedly his wife does. That person was an extremely rude racist and it's a shame that he finds employment in a city like New Liskeard.
