Just had the horrible pleasure of calling Randy to ask him about how to deliver earnest money for my buyer client to his office. Mind you, I had sent him an text message at 8am to ask with no response. He rudely answer the phone by asking me what was this call about after my name and title introduction. I tried to tell him why I was calling and he told me to stop talking as I was explaining why. Then after asking him please not to be rude he then hung up on me! Extremely unprofessional!!
