I previously had a Patent Attorney in Charlotte attempt to patent my product to no avail - After spending thousands of dollars. It was denied over and over again. I contacted Greg Vickers (my Patent Attorney) with Rankin Hill and Clark - Greg recognized the errors made by my previous attorney, made adjustments, actually spoke with the USPTO, & I now hold Patents 10,024,578 and 10,495,348. This is first class person with engineering degrees and Patent Law - but most of all he also has common sense - and a great communicator. The support staff is also phenomenal.
