This lawyer told us he's retiring next year and it's probably a good thing. 1. He doesn't do free consultations 2. He's painfully long winded with irrelevant things sucking up your time to the point of you saying you don't want to pay for it and him acknowledging he's not charging you for it. Last week he coached to file something myself, then yesterday he stuck to his higher priced service, nixing that. I had not choice but to go elsewhere and he won't return the retainer after doing nothing else aside the intial consoltation. You deserve better with whatever you have going on.
