This guy is a court appointed attorney for Calhoun county. He is completely useless. Will not return a call or respond to emails. So unprofessionally u organized. He called me and thought I was someone else. I told him to withdraw council and he won’t because he just wants money. Doesn’t care about defending anybody. Just wants money. If you get appointed this guy for anything I would suggest representing yourself immediately
Can't give Negative 10 so I'll settle for a 1. Did my divorce for me and pretty much handed my ex everything on a silver platter. Was talking sh^t about me TO MY EX during our case!!!!! And then didn't follow through with the court orders of terminating the exs role as guardian to my grandson. Total incompetent, unorganized, POS. You'll be lucky if he remembers your file, and he'll NEVER call you back. The office is absolutely filthy and disorganized.
Mark Rasmussen provided me with a terrible experience. His work is both unorganized and unprofessional. The one time he filed paperwork, it was done late. Therefore, it wasn’t excepted and cost me thousands of dollars. I only found him to be consistent with an invoice and an excuse. I was thrilled to terminate his lack of service on my divorce. I feel pity for those that have to endure such incompetence until the end of their proceedings.
Did not have a great experience with Mark. Although he stated that he cared, it was hard to tell most of the time. His knowledge on the topic was not accurate most days and it seemed like he took on too many clients. He might have good intentions, but until he puts his clients needs first, I will not recommend him as your attorney.
Don't waste your money. He showed up two hours late to court looking like he just got out of bed. My name was misspelled on all of my court paperwork and he let the D.A. correct the spelling and convict me anyway of my first dwi with no physical evidence. Carroll county generates revenue from fines and convictions and use Rasmussen as a puppet to help.He 100% works for the county.
