Ravid and Associates

Mr. Ravid lacks all decorum and manners when it comes to handling patients. His office is no better. He will win a case and get you money and take his 3rd. However, if you have ongoing care he will not see it through because it doesn’t make him money in the moment. For months my mother called up to his office to see about him handling a bill for her case and he ignored her. When she went up to the office to make an inquiry because they wouldn’t answer the phone Mr. Ravid confidently stated “your case is too old for me to take and it’s not worth the money” despite it being his responsibility. My mother requested documentation stating this since he’s the attorney on record and he threatened to call the police and told his assistant to start calling. This is the care that Ravid will get you if you’re a long term client. He’s money hungry and lacks integrity and morals.

The assistant came out to my house took pictures and asked me what happened. The attorney never contacted me. Medical administrative contacted me asking me about my doctors and surgery date. She would call and check on me after every appointment. Finally the attorney Peter contacted me to come to the office to sign some paper work. He never called and introduced himself as well as didn't communicate with me about the case or where it stood. I had to reach out to him though emails. Eventually, I found out there was not a civil law suit filed from digging online myself. The person I was trying to sue sent me a form stating I only had a certain amount of days left to file a law suit. I reached out to Peter to tell him this information. Three days later i received a letter from Ravid stating my case was weak and they have to many cases to work on and didn't have time to handle mine and advised me to find another attorney. Within days I found another attorney that took my case and said that he could get it done within that time frame I needed. If Ravid actually would have looked into the case and shown it more attention as well as explained the law to me about my case, I would have known where I stood. My new attorney won the case in less than 2 months. He contacted me regularly regarding my status and options. Ravid never did. I would advised anyone to not use them unless you feel like you have a "big case" anyone that has a '"weak case" as they said mine was they are not going to help you. Obviously, my case wasn't too weak. I got paid from the other attorney!

Their a great law firm. Having many talented lawyers such a Mark Foreman. They are very caring of there clients. Making sure all care is taking care of and there clients are receiving the treatments they need. They respond back to questions with prompt and good details. Their a family oriented firm they treat you as family. I would totally recommend them to anyone!

I was referred to Mark Foreman by a family member after an auto accident. This guy and his Law firm family are AWESOME! I've been getting as much feedback and answers as quick as possible! He started my case right away and I love the fact how I'm always able to contact him with questions and get a response back the same day! This group represent the worst in attorney ethics. The signed a contract with me for a contingency, then took more than a third. Now they are all over Michigan trying to stop me from sueing them. They even went so far as to tell me they would release my case only if I told them who my next attorney would be. These Good Old Boys...
