Rawls law group thinks enough of their clients to visit them where they live, and discuss any concerns! I am amazed by their compassion for their clients, as I am in the mist of handling a case of wrongful death! I'd like to think Rawls law group for taking my case! Hardworking excellent firm! My experience is still on going with Rawls but what I can say is these people work very hard!!! Cari the paralegal there, is absolutely nothing short of amazing!!!! She goes out of her way to make sure you understand what’s going on. She’s firm but don’t think she’s rude because she’s not. Every experience with her has been great. I use to work for attorneys, and they are the one who referred me to this law firm. I’m very pleased with the work that they have done so far.

I highly recommend the Rawls Law Group! Attorney Glen Sturtevant and Elizabeth Garnett were amazing help in settling my case after several years. Great communication and always were quick in giving advice and answering questions. Thanks to all the folks there that played a part in my case! ??

They submitted my claim with WRONG information, 0 attention to detail. They also refused to litigate even though I requested it multiple times. Once claim was denied (after 2 years) they referred me elsewhere and refused yet again to litigate. Another issue here is the lack of communication, I was denied about a month ago and i am just now finding out 20 something days later. Plus you never have any idea what they're doing because they never tell you unless you bug them. I highly recommend seeking help elsewhere as these people are not very helpful. Especially Cari, who likes to get rude with you on the phone and then complain to the attorney. Which is another reason they stated that they will no longer represent me, because "I was rude to Cari and they can't work with people who aren't willing to work with them." Very unprofessional.

Well I can seriously write a book and some of Rawls staff know that well ???? I came across Rawls Law Firm by the internet and I couldn't be more grateful to God for leading me to the best team!! Rawls Law Firm ???? They took my dad's case quickly and efficiently and my family and I can't thank them enough ,my dad sadly died in my arms at my home where I cared for him and I was by his side through many years,completely blinded for as to what was really happening until his very last breath???? I miss my dad every single day, I walk through the nightmare reliving everything that happened ,so it seems like yesterday to me , that I lost my best friend ,my hero my father????when it's been 2 yrs and and almost 6 months in Aug????????????his birthday is Aug 17th he would have been 75 yrs young???????? Rawls Law Firm is on top of our case and I can't say this enough they have been beyond kind always letting us know what is going on if anything changes or comes up ???? Our case is in the process and justice will be served ,I know it won't bring dad back, but at least I know we can and will move forward in peace when all is said and done ,I know dad is smiling down from heaven ???? and I know how thankful he would be with Rawls Law Firm and all they stand for Well as far as I'm concerned I would recommend anyone to these amazing people who go above and beyond for their clients and again with so much gratitude and from our whole entire heart's ????
