After paying 350.00 dollars for a title search, I was verbally told that they can not do the closing deal because of something dealing with the title. The verbal statement was never clear or specifics.. I request a copy of the search and it’s finding, I was denied!!! So what was my 350.00 dollars use for I’m very confused.. ???? please do your research when dealing with this company

First Title is the utmost in Customer Care and Service! They were incredibly kind to me and our family in a very difficult and trying time. They were above and beyond in answering questions and making sure that we understood everything! Thanks so much!

Warning - 1st Title required a non-refundable deposit to start closing paperwork. They sat on the paperwork for over 2 weeks before starting to process (only after I asked for an update) then came back over 3 weeks from the start date saying they couldn't provide title insurance. I took the contract to a different title company who processed and closed the purchase within 4 days AND provided title insurance with no issues. 1st Title would not return my deposit. I will never use them again or recommend anyone to use them.

We have used this company several times and have been very pleased with their professionalism and kindness. We will definitely use them again.
