By far the best family law experience I have ever had. I have been battling a custody case for going on 7 years. If we're honest I didn't really have the money to hire an attorney and had been doing it on my own. Well in short I had a couple disgruntled ex gfs and a biased g.a.l. against me. Mr Redfield handled it all very well. I almost felt as if my case was the only case he was handling although I know that wasn't the case. The biggest thing for me was his compassion. He and I talked for hours and hours...all of which he didn't charge me extra money for, as has been my experience with most other lawyers. We discussed a price and he stuck to it. Which was HUGE for me, because if he wanted more money I probably would have been out of luck. In court (which ended up being a 3 day evidentiary hearing) he couldn't have examined/cross examined better. He and I had some different thoughts on the process but I put my trust in him seeing as he's the lawyer. He didn't let me or my son down. In fact he couldn't have done better. If you're dealing with a custody issue choose this guy. You won't regret it. Every man I know feels they don't have a chance in custody court, pick Jared Redfield and you won't feel that way anymore. The cards were against me going in. But he brought to light ALL the facts that really mattered and showed the court what a fathers love truly means. And against the g.a.l. recommendation the judge ruled for me to have primary placement and sole custody. Which is truly what is in my sons best interest. From me and my kids. THANK YOU Jared.

Wasn't expecting to go for a run of the road, trying to battle what I wanted for child custody!! Nothing got enforced like I wanted... pretty much just let the judge take over and leave everything how it was. Didn't fight about my daughters soiled underwear everytime she came home, got her hair dyed becuz she apparently had lice, was attacked by a dog, was left home alone with a 13 year old with her siblings... never enforced to get Wizard or changing place of pick up n drop off. Didn't care that the father wasn't ever on time to picking her up at 5pm. USELESS DISGUSTING There office building inside needs to be cleaned and STINKS!

I was going through a divorce and attempting to do it pro se (on our own, without a lawyer). We couldn't agree on a few major details, so I sought the advice of Jared Redfield, who was recommended to me by my neighbor who had praised him for handling her divorce so well. Although I was only seeking a consultation, at the end of the hour I found myself hiring Jared to represent my interests in this contentious divorce. Boy did I make the right decision! Although I am male, I was the lesser earner in the marriage, with less education and with a five-year stint as a stay-at-home dad, so I was a nontraditional husband. Yet Jared came through for me. He was always professional, always compassionate, always available, and very knowledgeable in the subject of family law. We have just completed mediation and I feel like I won the lottery. Without going into specifics, let me just say that all my concerns were addressed and all my needs met. All of the major details that had prevented my ex and I from doing the divorce on our own were resolved to my great satisfaction. Although the agreement reached between my ex and I was deemed fair by all parties, I feel like I came out ahead, which is a great feeling and a great relief. Jared is down-to-earth, likeable, and smart as a whip. I feel I have made a friend for life. You are going to be counting your blessings when you hire Jared Redfield.

He's a wonderful person and even better attorney. Working with him has been an absolute pleasure.

This is absolutely the worst attorney you could ever hire! do not use him if you honestly want a fighting chance on winning your case! He decided with the other attorney at lied to me about terminology used in my court case. His lack of ethics cost me thousands of dollars! You'd be much better off just paying the best attorney out there then trying to go the cheap route with Jared redfield because he will not stand up for your rights. For some reason my previous review was deleted and I'm reposting because it's important people know the truth behind this poor attorney! Hopefully this review will not get deleted also.
