Never even consider hiring Reed Greene. He argued my Protection Order without even arguing the alleged allegations for issuing it because he never took the time to read the court transcript that stated why. Once I pointed this out and gave Reed Greene the evidence that shows my x and her lawyer Heather Tessmer completely made everything up Reed Greene refused to fix it saying “you have to understand that I work with these people... this isn’t Matlock” Reed Greene discuses my case with a third party without my permission, and many other things. Reed Greene files a motion to withdraw because he refused to argue the facts of my case and never submitted one invoice to me. Reed Greens failure to argue the facts and enter the evidence I gave him resulted in me going to jail because of his apparent incompetence... unbelievable. Then he submitted invoices that showed I owed him about 5k over my retainer which included me paying him for his time to withdraw.. is this guy for real... unfortunately yes. The new I ask Reed Greene to return all my files and he openly refuses to return my files to me in emails. I hired Mr. Greene to assist in a traffic violation that my son had received. We felt he was being erroneously charged with speeding in a construction zone while workers were present. I must admit that initially I was a little concerned because I had difficulty getting in touch with Mr Greene. I went by his office on a couple of occasions only to realize that he works alone and obviously cannot always be in his office. In the end though he returned my calls and/or responded via email and he really came through and got the ticket quashed. I had pointed out that the ticket did not accurately identify the location of the alleged offense. After the District Attorney would not plea the ticket down he advised us to take the ticket to court. Mr. Greene filed the necessary paper work to quash the ticket with the appropriate motion attached. He met us in the morning at the courthouse and he came prepared with 2 other cases as precedents that supported our case. The Judge agreed with his motion and dismissed the case. I would use Mr. Greene again.

I went to Mr. Greene to draft a will, and he was very professional and friendly. He read me an overview of each document I had to sign and explained any terms I was unfamiliar with. He made the process smooth and efficient, and I would definitely go back to him again for any other legal services.

I assisted in obtaining Mr. Reed Greene as the attorney to represent Mr. Albert Hinojosa for a Will Probate issue. Immediately, he was very straight forward and professional. All was handled smoothly and accurately. He kept us abreast any issues with the courts needing additional documents and such. Success was the outcome and in a heartbeat we will go to him again if we need anything that we need an attorney in the future. Thank you so much Mr. Greene for all of your assistance and representation you have done for Mr. Albert Hinojosa and myself as his guide during the immediate death of his wife and all the issues we had to deal with.

Really disappointing experience. Mr. Greene does not know the law even though he has been practicing for 30 years. I had a straight up collections issue with my ex-husband who is also an attorney. I informed Mr. Greene that my ex had recently filed another appeal and that I didn't think I could actively collect. Mr. Greene, dismissed my concerns, after an hour of looking up my Bexar County docket sheet, he advised his plan, to set up a deposition, to hire an investigator, and file a writ of execution. It sounded reasonable so I paid $1,500 retainer. After 2 weeks of nothing being done (Mr. Greene is too cheap to hire an assistant), I spoke with a prior attorney who counseled me that Mr. Greene did not have the best reputation in town and that yes, I was barred from collections during the pendancy of an appeal. When I terminated Mr. Greene (he asked ME to fill out the specifics of the writ of execution - his job) he kept the entire retainer and refuses to work with me to resolve my request for reimbursement. He is both unethical and incompetent.
