BEWARE. Poor communication. Lack of updating the client. Lack of counsel. Friend of mine makes less than $30K per year income. Was referred by Child Support to Tamara to help her get child support from the dad who was self employed who obviously is in a better financial situation but is not cooperative and didn't want to pay a penny. "don't worry, we got this" they said over and over again. $26,000 later, got some relief that mostly went back towards attorney fees ($14000) and $3,000 bill to cover his attorney appeal fees. Amounts are probably off somewhat. I'm willing to amend with more accurate figures if they are presented to me. What is true is that the attorney fees exceed the court child support awards significantly. Even if an award is given to my friend, it is likely to be far less than the accrued legal fee balance. Tamara doesn't seem to counsel my friend or explain things to her very well. If she had, I don't think things would have gotten this far in the hole. Is it a gross miscalculation by counsel or gross incompetence? It's truly a travesty of justice IMO. The appellate justice gave a scathing verdict upon appeal, vacated the whole thing, remanding back for basic information that should have been included to begin with? Why air this out in an open forum? Here's the bug in the butter. It's been a week since the verdict and Tamara hasn't bothered to pick up the phone and call my friend and explain to her client what is going on. Tamara had her her assistant email a bill due without explanation as to what the fees were for and why they were assessed. The assistant couldn't or wouldn't explain it. But it's in the verdict. But my friend isn't an attorney and isn't able to read and understand the legal wording. I'm not one either, but I got the gist of it. This is a big deal for a hard working single mom that needs assistance and there's little to no communication from Tamara, let alone quality counsel explaining pros and cons of decisions that need to be made by my friend. I might post a pic of it later as proof. Unbelievably sad situation. Could have been avoided with more communication, Tamara wins, kid loses. I waited 2 years to write this until I really did have knowledge of the situation and was able to formulate and communicate a review. With new information, I'm willing to update it, but this is a real story. Tamara, if you send me a cease and desist letter, I'll post it here also and encourage people that are aware of the situation to verify what I'm saying is true. She has a lot of friends. I threw her a surprise birthday party last year and no less than 100 people showed with a week's notice. If you want this review changed, modified, etc, you need to do the right thing and pick up the phone and call my friend.

This company has some of the rudest people I have ever encountered. They don’t properly know their laws and call from restricted numbers. When you ask them to write an email stating what they just said in an email they have to confirm with supervisors and apparently the sheriffs department. When you ask why they need to call the sheriffs department they hang up on you. Terrible service. Terrible people.
