Working with them to get my house out of foreclosure has been an absolute nightmare. It's impossible to get ahold of any human over there I've left my name and number to call back at least a dozen times and gotten nothing.
Terrible company to work for/do business with. Management, specifically HR is unsupportive and condescending. No one is friendly and the work is very tedious/stressful.
