Absolutely the most inhumane people I've ever talked to! Very unprofessional! They stole money out of my savings account with no explanation other than they were collecting a debt! I had no idea what the debt was! They told me I received a piece of paper that explained everything and that's a lie! I'm a single mother of 2, it's Christmas and they took everything I had saved up for my children!

They were collecting for a foreclosure and I was going to be late on my last day and the lawyer waited for me and still accepted my payment. very kind and understanding.

Beverly was so kind and understanding to work with; it’s never easy dealing w debt and collections however she humanized the experience and made it as easy as possible. Ty so much Beverly!

Working with them to get my house out of foreclosure has been an absolute nightmare. It's impossible to get ahold of any human over there I've left my name and number to call back at least a dozen times and gotten nothing.

this place sucks, it’s impossible to reach them, and they just make me u comfortable when they do answer, if i could rate less than 1 i would. they are a scam and Jessica needs to be fired.
