The attorney I hired does not follow up or keep in contact at all. 6 years, $11,000 and not even one motion filed for a court date to change custody. Very unethical practice.

This firm handled the trust of a family member. After they passed away we heard nothing at all concerning the will for months. It took a full year for allocations to begin, and over a year after that for final paperwork to be sent. In the meantime, no one called at any time to update us in any of the procedures or timeline. After examining the final letter we received from them today, I see it was dated September, 2022. So they simply lost our paperwork, forgot about it, and failed to send it till over 8 months later. This is important documentation. There is no apology given, reason, or acknowledgement of the delay. Deplorable customer service, I'm glad the deceased aren't here to see how poorly their family was treated by this business they apparently trusted.

Due to losing my husband to Covid, I needed to set things up for our sons for when my time comes. NOT a "shady lawyer" type of place! Friendly, courteous, very clean, lawyer listened and then asked questions in such a way that was easily understandable. Explained what would be the best route for me to take and why. Had quite a sense of peace when I left there.
