Richard Colgrove worse attorney on the planet. This person has no morals or ethical boundaries. He should of been disbarred years ago. If you worked for him for any period of time unless you were unconscious, there is no way you could not be aware of his horrific treatment of people. Karma finally worked on this individual. Couldn't be happier he got disbarred!!!!!! He deserved no stars but app wouldn't allow that.

I've worked with Rick for 7 years, most ethical atty I;ve met, then he was suspended protecting another clients interest, it appears, however prior, Ric has been ready to go to court with wells fargo and they kept stalling till he was suspended and Wells Fargo swooped in like piranhas and at first they wanted to settle but when Ric was suspended, my hourin court went to 5 minutes and the limited attorney I had to retain because Ric was still under suspension threw me under the bus, I can read lips and she said Ill give you this case and you give me that- iN CAHOOTS,LIED, DIDN'T DO DUE DILIGENCE!!!!!! I had proof of payment and Rick, the Judge and 2 mediators said it was a fraudulant loan before the robo signing came out and all and they forged it all and stole it cause it was a loan I PAID CASH AND HAD PROOF OF PAYMENT, ATTY THROUGH ME UNDER THE BUS!! I can prove I paid, Rick can prove it but he was suspended over something stupid and I am paying the price, hiring 3rd atty tomorrow to get final summary overturned, miracle, yet I have been screwed the most by attornys' and I can not believe Judge P. is aware because after almost 5 years of waiting, Why would we concede??? I had nothing to lose!!!! THIS WAS SO UNFAIR I am going to write the honorable judge because what has happened is a travesty.travesty. Ric Colgrove IS THE BEST-OBVIOUSLY, whoever wrote this hasn't retained another atty before and doesn't know Seminole Co. 18th Judicial Civil Circuit well, Ric,,,,where are you!!!!!!!???????????? Wells and Chase are taking my home of 17 years because you(Ric) got suspended-THAT I'm NOT Happy because I've retained 4 in the past 2 months and they made it WORSE NOT BETTER-I can prove I made the payments, I was never in default, yet no atty wants to tell the JUDGE and now this last lying atty made it so bad I have a sale date, wtf!! I PAID IT- How is this possible?? How did this even happen?? Unlike those who won cases, I PAID CASH 17 years ago-my ex took out a 75K loan on a 475k (at the height) no escrow account ( YET WHY IS CHASE PAYING MY TAXES?) They are affiliated!! Yes they are through Structured Mortgage Asset Certificates (another story) RIC- HELP I NEED YOU
