Reviews

So far so good! I'll leave another review when everything is said and done.
I am a former client of Richard Blundell who did a great job in my Personal Injury case. For those who have negative reviews. Is there any chance you may not have done what was asked of you? Law Offices don't have time to answer a question everyday they are busy doing the work on your cases requesting records and billing also dealing with Insurance Company's Maybe people should try a little harder to help themselves instead of blaming the Law Office for issues that should be dealt with on your behalf.
I was very excited to find an attorney so eager to help with my case(s) ... I was in contact with his paralegal Irene a few times and had set a date to meet her.and get things started. She canceled our meeting claiming Mr Blundell was ill. We set another date to meet... they came to my house. We talked about everything and I gave them all the paperwork I had to help them get things started. We were told Irene would bring it back by Friday afternoon along with a packet for a part of my case. She never brought it back or made a call to explain why. When I was finally able to get ahold of her, she gave me excuses. I still do not have my paperwork! They were going to hire an investigator to dig into my case, and when I called I was told all the sudden that he didn’t feel that it would be a winnable case. She told me they could get in contact with my truck finance company and apprise them of the disability case. That never happened! She had told me they were going to make calls to them this Monday. She did not call. Then May 7th, when I called to find out what was going on, she complained about being overwhelmed and then she told me that morning that they were going to make a call and get a letter sent out and that she would call me back by this afternoon. No call. When they towed my truck I called her to find out what was going on. She claimed that Mr Blundell had called and that she would confer with him as to what happened. I explained they were taking my truck at that moment, I needed to know ASAP. She said she didn’t know and he was in a “meeting” and couldn’t find out right away. After she had just told me she was headed in to talk to him about the days happenings. I should have known when she didn’t return calls and complained about coworkers and family that this probably was not going to be the place for me. I told a different woman at their office that if it was going to be to much to get a call back, that I did not feel they were taking my case serious, and that I would look for another attorney. She promptly got the phone to Mr Blundell. I agreed to stick it out and see what comes of it and if they would be able to help me. Mr Blundell seems like a very nice man, however getting past the stories and excuses from Irene as to why things haven’t been done is not worth my time. I have never had so much BS blown at me in my life from one person until now. I’m sorry Mr Blundell, but I cannot in good conscience give your office a good rating. Very disheartened by the way I have been treated! This time the paralegal is the bottom feeder! ????
They couldn't help me but didn't let me now till after my 2 month appeal was up so way do I do know
Make sure you do a back ground check on this office before you hire them
