Called and spoke with a woman assistant on 4/24/24 who took my name, phone number and email.. she said I’d get a call back before the end of that day. It’s now 6 days later wand I haven’t received even a courtesy email as to why they were unable to reach out to me sooner.. I spoke with a different attorneys office and their assistant at the very least said the attorney couldn’t speak until May 1st. I appreciated their transparency more than getting stood up by this place.

Richard helped me understand the laws around my dog bite incident, he took a lot of time to explain my options to me in a way I could easily grasp really appreciate how much he cares about animals

If I could give u 0 stars I would. U took $5000 from us and never returned our calls. Waste of money and time. U took advantage of us because u knew how bad we wanted our dog back. Everytime we called it was some excuse until you stop answering us completely. You are a scammer. Don’t waste your time and money on this guy !!!

Richard Rosenthal is very professional in his dealings with people. He is extremely helpful in what is often an anguished time for his clients. His willingness to assist anyone is outstanding. I would recommend him to anyone who has a dog in trouble.
