I'm not going into details about Mr.Richard Warder and his staff I have been highly satisfied with everyone I'm not going to say Mr. Richard Warder will guarantee his clients anything or will always win a case or make all his clients happy but I will say the man be in business for many years and that speaks for him plus I know Mr. Richard Warder will do everything he can do to win the case.
Back in 2000 my grandma paid him $1000 to represent me but I told him I had written a statement against myself yet he still assured me he could keep me out of jail. I honestly felt like he was lying about it tho. I mean how can you keep someone out of jail that's already admitted guilt? I only did a year in prison but that's not keeping me out of jail. Also as other reviews say oncehe got paid I never heard from anyone at the office again until my court appearance and the plea agreement was presented to me. I never paid him the rest of the $3500 he thought it was worth to watch me go to jail. I hope he was one of those "you don't pay unless we win" lawyers.
Richard Warder represented a close companion of mines. Ever since knowing him and his assistant Trina, they have been nothing but nice and responsive in regards to his case. Whenever we called we got assistance and if it was something that Tina didn’t have the information for she ensured that she would find out and get back with us. I really enjoyed visiting their office regardless of the circumstances. They were always friendly and never rude. Very affordable and willing to work with any and everybody. I highly recommend him and his staff members for any case. A great asset to your life if ever in any kind of trouble.
A great criminal Defense Attorney who saved my son's future. My family and friends appreciate what this law office did for my son.
Don't waste your $ on this guy, you might as well represent yourself! Once they got their money, I never heard from them. When my court date came up, I had to reach out to them to see how things would proceed. I had not heard from my attorney since my initial consultation, over a year and a half ago. When I called, was scolded like a child by Tina, (Richard Warders secretary). I never expected to be talked to rudely by the people that were representing me. There were mistakes and inaccuracies in the police report that should have gotten my case thrown out of court. Look else where for legal representation. Richard needs to retire!
