I engaged in business with Mr. Keyes in 9/23. To date I have had two emails and no return calls with a case that was very basic. I supplied him with all documents for court but he did not respond to the court case? Very disappointing!

If I could leave no stars that’s what I would leave! He was hired by my mother for her dealings w my uncle in regards to my grandmothers will and all that. His lack of communication, unwillingness to fight for my mother and her case and lack of guidance are not attributes I would consider a “good” attorney to have. I would definitely not hire this guy for anything!! Look elsewhere and save yourself the continued heartache and stress of having to deal with a deceased loved ones leftovers. Because this man will make it 10x worse for you. DO NOT HIRE OR REFER!!!????????????

He is the only attorney that would speak with me and not demand money to talk with him.he’s a honest,considerate,and committed to the truth. I believe this man to be a very upstanding member of our community. Thank you Richard.

Hired for probate. Gives little details on what has to be done. Suggested creditor refusal and i accept. Over the course of 8 months had to go his office 4 times because there was always something coming up. He keeps saying this is the longest this has ever taken but gives no details on anything Get court paperwork to only find out people can still refuse to transfer things in my name and when i contact him after he has been paid. He says we may need to amend. Three weeks later has not returned any communication. Guess i have to hire someone else now what a wqste of time Stay away from this guy he is a jerk and is not here to help you through probate if anything comes up he just ignores you and as little as he can to request patment.

Richard is on a next level when it comes to attorneys. Legal issues can be quite emotional and it was very refreshing to have someone that would take the time to listen yet take a practical approach to reach a solid result. Highly recommended.
