Richard was in court and he got back to me that afternoon which I was not expecting! He had already reviewed the information and told me exactly what I needed to do to compose a letter. When I completed it I called to make sure he got it and he reviewed right on the phone with me. Well, it worked!!! His letter was right to the point and I feel that I would have lost my job without his help. His advice is wonderful. I hope I never need him again lol, but would highly recommend him!!!
