While this firm does some good work, it's generally a giant litigation machine, similar to the big bad Motley-Rice. Actually, as many know, the partners at RPWB came from the predecessor to Motley-Rice, so it shouldn't come as any surprise that this firm is a large corporate-style environment, focused on large-volume, sometimes less-than-certain, asbestos, pharmaceutical, and other class-style actions. They purchase plaintiff leads from other law firms and generally operate like a machine. If you think you're getting personalized representation out of a firm where the partners are worth many millions (and act like it), you're probably in for a surprise. Not a fan of the way they do business.
