As of right now I'm not happy with the services I have received been almost a yr since this car wreck.. 2 different law offices... contacted this office in may. with this one supposed to b on stage 3 that takes 30-90 days going on 120 days now.. says hospital sent them wrong bills a month ago.. have had 2 different case managers.. they haven't bothered contacting the last attorneys to get the files who actually have all the dr bills.. will start looking for another attorney if something don't start moving soon.. will change review when & if this happens

I've been with Jean Riddle for over 20 years. I had always have trust and faith in his firm. He and his partners will look after you, very professional. They are always available for you, as quick as possible. Never had a problem with the firm and I always recommend this firm. I always will

Does not handle medical malpractice. Website as well as receptionist stated that they do. However, after speaking to possible attorney I was informed they do not take these cases. She stated, “we are steering away from medical malpractice.” I assume this is either due to their inability to handle a more involved case or they only want easy cases. Whatever the excuse this should be communicated to the receptionist, and updated on Google. I gave two stars because the lady was very nice.

Don’t bother wasting your time!! They supposedly have an office in Jacksonville where I live, so WHY did I have to drive all the way to Goldsboro? You are supposed to tell your attorney EVERYTHING, details and all! Your attorney is supposed to prepare you for court…NOT THIS ATTORNEY! Jesus Christ if you give every detail to Gene Riddle, that is if you can get him to shut up long enough to listen and NOT ASSUME, oh then you’re going to have problems because it’s not a winnable case!! I can’t tell you HOW MANY TIMES I have seen both parties of an accident cited for the accident and then go to court and one party gets the charges dropped or is found not guilty. According to Gene Riddle if one gets the charges dropped or is found not guilty then the other person will get the same result. This guy is supposed to be good…yeah, my sitting spot! You are better off trying the case yourself, that way you get ALL the money. If you absolutely HAVE TO HAVE an attorney, do yourself a favor and find someone else.

This company is unprofessional! It’s been a complete year of off and on communication! Ashley Kelly checked in once a month when I first got injured, after all my treatments were finished I barely received any updates. I got in a car accident October of 2022 and it’s now September 2023 and I still have not heard anything! I will definitely not recommend.
