I filed a complaint with the NC State Bar on Mr. Ridenour, and he was reprimanded. He then later filed two additional cases against me, both of which were dismissed. Ridenour's client Gene C. Couch Jr. lost his job. The problems began with a matter involving a NC community college where the Bible was listed (correctly I felt), as one of several references in a course I instructed containing a section on Spiritual Health. The cases were State of North Carolina, County of Jackson, Dr. Gene C. Couch Jr. vs David E. Bradley.
