It has been 6 years and we have not received My husbands green card. or any updates regarding his case. This is absolutely shooking, other people have their cases resolve. Just googled and saw they moved their office as well. As being clients I think they should notify that their moving for further appointments. Customer Service its decent, Mr. Cui we saw him once for the consult and after that made us speak with his colleagues or his assistant for further process.
