My wife and I hired this lawyer to apply for a green card. We gave them all the information and paid all the money upfront to file the petition 1-130. After months of trying to reach out to them and asking what's going on, the new employee finally told me the truth that they never filed anything with USCIS immigration. They didn't even have all the information we provided for immigration. Basically, they did nothing after I paid upfront. Not only did they lie about filing the petition, but they also lost all our information. If you try to hire a lawyer for these types of cases, please take your time to find a reputable lawyer. Remember how hard it is for us to have an opportunity to fix our status, and we can't afford to waste time hiring people like this. When you hire a lawyer, go to Google and look for more information, reviews, and all that before you hire them.

Hello to al of you that are in some immigration process or whatever process take you money to another place this people at the riguer silva they Will scam u. They never give me nothing not even a uscis receipt they stole me about 17,000$ dollar just to say after 4 years of Wait we didn't win your case omg this people are the worst run run away

This the worst attorney in Louisiana. Their service is the worst!!!! The people in the front desk are so unprofessional they all have an attitude!!. They never return any of the phone calls... We had a case that started more then 3 years ago (immigration case) they said it was only gonna take the most 18 months, because it was a simple case but after soon as we started the case it all went south they were just after money ????... they rush us to pay them all the money so the case could of go faster but it was all a lie.. every time we would call to see how the case was going they would have an answer with a attitude..... almost at the end they had offer us and this deal that if we would pay them 500extra they would put our case infront of other cases....so what if another person would of come with 500 dollars they gonna put them in front our case??? (Fishy!!!!) I so wish someone would of told us about their service or seen their reviews unfortunately we didn’t... Thank God after more then 3 years. here we are finally and thanks to God We have the green card... so beware their service is not what it seems ( unfortunately) I do wish them the best and hopefully God can change them.

I would give them a ZERO star if possible. Worse attitude EVER!!! The secretaries need to have something clear "YOU WORK FOR THE CLIENT NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND". Their RUDENESS is completely unnecessary and uncalled for. We are Spanish NOT ignorant!!! Learn to treat others with RESPECT ERICKA.
