Ring & Associates Pc

I was in an automobile accident earlier this year and have been having quite the time since, as anyone who has been through this knows very well. I knew that I needed a lawyer for my case as I have ongoing injuries and was feeling swamped with everything. I called Ring and associates based off their google reviews and spoke to a receptionist that told me that I would get a call back from a paralegal that same day. I sat by my phone for hours waiting for a call that never came. The next morning I called back myself and was eventually put through to a paralegal. I cannot remember her name at this time. She was nice and courteous enough and asked me all kinds of questions about my case and the accident. I was at no fault for the accident and the other driver’s insurance had already accepted full liability so I thought this would be pretty straightforward. The paralegal promised me that she would consult with the attorney, and then get back to me ASAP to discuss further. I told her about not receiving the first call from her so she assured me I would get a call back. This was over 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t heard anything from them. This whole ordeal has been the most stressful and complicated thing I’ve ever had to deal with and being ignored like this makes it so much harder to deal with life. Is it too much to ask for a simple call back?
