Good service. Closed on a property we purchased from Rish. Only personal comment; Rish has too much financial power in the area. I'm good with making a profit and providing jobs for the community. I personally believe that take advantage. I have also heard they have city officials on their side. We are all entitled to an opinion.

Mr Gibson was very friendly and at the same time extremely professional. He was able to help us in exactly what we needed and also created all the documents fast.

By far the best closing experience ever....! Everything was handling fast and extremely efficient. I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process. Absolute professionals here.
