Rolando is a great Lawyer/Man! Even though he was the defendants lawyer. He kept everything professional and never did he make me feel uncomfortable. He is doing everything correctly for both sides so there is no issue for either or in the future. Mr. Rolando is for the people and we will be using him for all my realestate issues or just simple advise. I Highly recommend Mr. Rolando and his staff, They are amazing and ready to go to bat for you!

Horrible follow through I called and made a appt to speak to Rolando about my case and I drive a hour and when I arrived his desk personnel treated me like I just walked in. Then told me he stepped out to go to the bank. They proceeded to discuss my case and see if it was worth offering me a reschedule. Waste if time ni courtesy for your time says a lot about who you let handle things for you in a court

Santiago is a horrible lawyer with no moral ethics. He is a man that just wants the most out of your pocket with the least concerns for your legal issues. He throws a nice pitch but after you bite, horrible results and will leave you broke.
