Horrible service, unresponsive and unprofessional. Hired them to represent me on a commercial real estate purchase. I literally had the contract canceled by the seller because I couldn't get a response from Bob Friesen over a span of nearly a week regarding my earnest money. Was able to salvage the deal and went under contract again. Asked Bob (and his assistant) if we could schedule an initial call to discuss the deal. Two followup emails, and 10 days later, I still hadn't received a reply, much less a phone call. Told them I was fed up and was hiring someone else. Zero apology, just a terse one-line response (but yay I finally got an email back!). Now trying to get them to transfer my deposit funds to a new firm is like pulling teeth. Faxed info, two days later still no transfer. I don't know how places stay in business treating customers this way...if you're so disorganized that you or your assistant can't even schedule a phone call with a client, then I'm not sure I'd trust you to handle my legal matters.
Helpful on point and get results, would not go anywhere else for real estate law. They do the work and get the information right the first time!
I have always heard that attorneys this attorneys that!! Until I meet the people of this attorney firm ???? Amazing honesty and sincerity and I have always admired everyone working With the same integrity that these people have Robbins May and Rich LLPR really made me think differently of attorneys.
