It was a pleasure to have Angle, Rupp and Rupp's office process and handle my closings. Every email was answered promptly. The staff were courteous and thorough with the closing documents. Accuracy of documents was perfect. Would I use them again? Most certainly!

Personally this was my worst closing experience by far. And I've probably had 12+ closing experiences this far. The emails were disorganized. My husband needed to sign remotely and the documents were sent in several different emails over 3 weeks. It was not clear what needed to be notarized or not. When I showed up for closing and signed the seller docs I was told they don't wire funds as they would have to collect too much information and it would cost $75 if they did. Then was told it would only take 30 min to record so waiting for a check shouldn't be a problem. So I said I'd be in the parking lot as we drove 2.5 hours to attend closing...Well 2.5 hours later I got an email saying funds would be mailed... The attorney was not friendly and obviously did not listen. I had my 85 year old grandmother (it was her home selling) with me and it was a long hard day of travel for her. NEVER would I EVER recommend or use this firm again!

If you are looking for a professional, responsive and personable attorney, I highly recommend Matt Rupp. Matt recently handled a matter involving surplus funds from an estate. I know from my experience searching for an attorney who understands this complicated matter, that there are very few attorneys who know how to navigate the process. From our first conversation, Matt knew exactly what we were dealing with, the questions to ask and how to initiate the process. He does a great job of explaining exactly what to expect, both from a time perspective and what he will need from you. He keeps you updated during the process, with regular, understandable communications. Bottom line, he gets results and is a pleasure to work with! While he handles many types of law transactions, if you have a surplus funds matter, Matt is definitely your guy!

I highly recommend. Matt's knowledge and helpfulness throughout the entire process helped us feel more comfortable with our situation. It was a dispute with the first contractor we hired. Before we even retained Matt as our attorney, he helped us with issues we didn't understand. Our communication via face-to-face, telephone, Zoom and email was a smooth process. He was timely, efficient, smart and comforting. We were extremely pleased with the outcome. We didn't live in the area full-time and had absolutely no problems getting a hold of him (including weekends). Added bonus is this firm did our closings (both buy and sell) for our two houses in the mountains. 5 stars all the way

Recently I worked with Rob Angle on a real estate transaction that was for sale by owner. Everything about my experience with him and his office was executed in a timely manner with the process fully explained and executed as stated. When I initially spoke with Rob he informed me that if I secured an interested buyer later in the business week that he also worked on Saturday's to prepare draft contracts. I am most happy to report that when such scenario did occur Rob kept his word and provided me with a draft contract that contained the buyer and seller's terms. From there his office handled the closing efficiently, fielding my questions and the buyers quickly and accurately. All paperwork was properly executed and recorded along with the money from rhe closing transferred the same day. I would definitely work with his office again for future real estate transactions!
