We worked with Sasha Pupovac and Attorney Kathryn Russell who both provided exemplary service. We were very impressed with there diligence in preparing our paperwork as well as thoroughly preparing us for our interview. Sasha was very responsive to all our concerns and helped us through every step of the long process. Everything went very smoothly and we couldn't have done it without them and would absolutely recommend them!
I had a pleasure to work with Alex Cuic and my experience was extremely positive. After few blunders with the other firm my parents were working with (to the point I was facing deportation), Alex was there to help and save my case . He has helped me make the right choices to LAWFULLY accomplish what I wanted, where others were about prolonging the relationship (and $$) at the cost of my personal credibility. Today I'm a citizen of USA and in big part it is thanks to Alex and his team. I highly recommended the Firm.
My wife and I had a the pleasure of working with Aleksandar Cuic on my case. We have received nothing but exceptional service and positive outcome throughout the process. Alex’s team has been informative and resourceful in every step of the way. Even though the process took us 3 years to get where we are, it was definitely worth it. I feel absolute gratitude for everything he has done for us on our journey. I would recommend anyone his name and team when it comes to immigration services.
My experience was five star up until the interview day for my green card. The lawyer I was assigned to send someone else in her place which kind of threw me off but I was like oh well. The big kick in the shin was while during the interview the person who prepared our documents put a completely different name on the application form than that of my husband. It was a huge blunder for me. Even though the immigration official was gracious enough to overlook the slight I felt that was an unforgivable mistake for what I was paying for the services. The least they could have done was to make sure there were no errors on my application form before it was sent in. I was livid and felt slighted. When I spoke about it to my lawyer she swept it under the carpet like “ no big deal”. I was upset. I felt slighted cause I don't feel like I got the service I paid for.
Karina Navarro took such good care of us and kept us informed every step of the way, answering our questions in English and Spanish, and making sure all our documents were filled out correctly and in a timely fashion. I don't know what we would have done without her. Shout out to Rishi, Daniella, and Anais. Together they all have made our dreams come true.
