Robert C. Kerzka PC

Robert is a great lawyer and did a great job. Unfortunately his business practices are rough. He told my wife and I that to close on our house it would be $300-400. The title company made a lot of mistakes so we assumed it would be a bit higher (500-600). Afterward he sent us a bill for $1000. Luckily we had room in our budget but 2 times the cost could really hurt someone. We did negotiate it to $800.
