Took my money and then they never answer their phone calls. I had started the bankruptcy process before the pandemic started. I paid for it in full upfront. I'm on disability so it took 1 and a half months to pay for it. And they kept $500 for the work they had done. Which was nothing! They wouldn't make any accommodations for me. I live an hour away from Pueblo so they said to call us with your questions and we will answer them call us when you are coming and we will meet you at the door to get the paperwork from you. I had questions about the paperwork and they made it sound like it was my fault. Very poor service I would recommend that you take your business elsewhere that will help you!

They took one of the worst experiences a person could go through and made it even worse. No communication what so ever, didn't consult with me on how to move forward and took it on themselves to make decisions for me. I wrote an original review about how terrible the consultation went, only to be cornered in their office and told to take it down or they wouldn't represent me (who knows how many people they have done this to). this place only cares about money, every time I called the first question was "do you have money for us?"... I called multiple times to get questions answered about an upcoming court case (which now I'm fighting alone) and they would say " I'm not real sure I'll have to ask the lawyers" and would never hear back from them. they could care less if your experience is pleasant and have zero compassion for people who are struggling. Anyone who does business here is a fool.

I have never been treated better at a place. They are a friendly and overall a great bunch of people who work here.I high recommend and would like to thank all of you for your amazing customer service.

During a very difficult time for me it was great to have someone who,is so good at what they do caring and efficient and gets the job done.Thanks for everything
