Dr. Russell is fantastic. I see him yearly and always have a great experience at the office. The staff is friendly and professional. The procedure is always comfortable, quick and very effective.

Wonderful experience. They are very quick and timely. He was able to immediately figure out the problem and instead of making another appointment for the procedure he took care of it right then.

I have had a very good doctor/patient relationship with DR. Russell. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Have been going to him for over 20 years and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!

The nurses that worked with my 5 year old were very kind and helpful, but I was horrified by the COVID-19 precautions. There was a sign on the door that masks MUST be worn, but I saw at least 4 staff either not wearing masks or with masks around their neck. I am very uncomfortable returning to that office at this time.

His nurse diagnosed me with easily treated vertigo. Dr. Russell ran expensive useless tests. Took a full month to get vertigo treated. Front staff was rude and talked rudely about the great audiologist who helped me. Returned for a second visit and Dr. Russell yelled at me telling me to live with the problem. Found another ENT who gave me the correct diagnosis.
