Firstly the reviews left are all written by his friends and family, not actual clients. This is the most incompetent "lawyer" with no interest in properly representing a client. He's a manipulative con artist who never actually filed a single court document and failed miserably in court to where it was an embarrassment to hear stuttering and unrelated details. He doesn't even know how to file an appeal or anything court related. Instead of negotiations he managed to triple the amount due causing bankruptcy and our business to close. This man is pure evil and lives in his office because he's homeless. He should be disbarred asap.
The first impression that I've received that this was a good business to go was how he spoke to me on the phone and how Mr. Nutt was able to interact with me as a person rather than another potential piece of income for his pocket. It makes a difference to be received as a person because he was able to listen to me and understand what my needs were and afterwards, he knew how to address them. After scheduling my appointment with him, he took the time to understand me as a person and what my issues were. Due to his extensive experience in the law profession, Mr. Nutt knew exactly what to do and how to effectively help me as his client in the best possible way.
Mr Nutt is very professional, ethical, knowledgeable, confident and very personable. I just can't say enough. I would recommend Mr Nutt without any reservation.
