Was given a referral to help us with a traffic ticket. Was told they couldn't or wouldn't help. No explanation, no reason.... nothing. Couldn't be less disappointed in the communication. Receptionist was as rude as I have ever been spoken to. Would never recommend! Terrible!

Secretary was completely rude and unprofessional. “ we just can help you and that’s the way it is” is not a professional way to go about it. Also zero explanation on why. We asked if she knew any other law firm around to help as we are new to area and she said ” try pulling your phone out and googling it.” Highly do not recommend!!! Don’t waste your time.

I had the great pleasure of working with Charles Wooten. My case was complicated and took over 2 yrs. The whole time Mr Wooten always reassured me. Mr Wooten actually got me 75000.00 more then what insurance wanted to pay. I hold this company in very high regards. Margie McBride

Would give 0 stars if possible. A few years ago they assigned me a lawyer for a breach of contract case. She talked it up and it seemed like a slam dunk. Well after months of back and forth and several thousands of dollars...I was told we should just let it ride out and see if the other party can come up with some money. I agreed, but then several months later I get a call from the office saying I need to come in and dismiss my case. Apparently my lawyer had retired but failed to disclose she was on her way out to me during our time together. The gentleman I met with basically told me what we could do and I followed his advice and also provided additional documents I found to help my case. He kept saying he will get back to me many times. That never happened, I had to initiate every conversation. Funny thing is his bill never had problems finding its way to me. To this day, I just gave up, at least I wont have more attorney fees. Thanks for never replying Jonathan! I also hope Kim is enjoying her retirement... Even though these guys have a high rating, I will never use them again. Avoid at all costs.

I have worked with Jonathon Doss on a few occasions. Jonathon does great work, very communicative with you regarding your case and timely! I’ve had better results with him on worse tickets than other lawyers on less severe tickets. Jonathon will take care of you no problem. He makes the whole process very easy and stress free.
